I was here for over a week. Called police abt suspicious behavior on second night. Found a bed bug, manager claimed that they did not have bed bugs, said exterminator cleared the premise and said I must have brought it with me!
Mildew in the shower, filth under the beds, stained bedding and mattress, and a staff member informed me about the "girls" doing business. If I had a choice, I would have not stayed. They are the cheapest motel in town, in more ways than one.

We have policies and training that should have prevented the experience you describe, but unfortunately bed bugs are a world-wide problem and present a unique challenge due to their highly transient nature, traveling easily in luggage and clothing.
